Refund Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Cantina Arvisionadu online store (“We” or “The Seller”). Please read the following Refund Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before proceeding with a refund request. The use of our website and our services implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1. Refund Request Period

1.1. Customers are entitled to request a refund within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

2. Conditions for Refunds

2.1. Refunds will only be granted for the following reasons:

  • Product damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Product delivered different from what was ordered.
  • Significant delay in delivery beyond the estimated delivery period.

2.2. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original labels and packaging.
